An apt period cartoon by Jeroom Snelders, illustrator at the Belgian magazine Humo. This Flemish cartoonist excels in absurdism. And his talent doesn’t go unnoticed. He published a couple of memorable comics (like Ridder Bauknecht, a parody on Willy Vandersteen’s De Rode Ridder, and Knuffelbos) and made an appearance in the TV-program De Slimste Mens. Currently, his work can also be seen on Comedy Central. Like what you see? Check Jeroom’s Facebook page or treat yourself to one of his comic books.
